Sorry if anyone's been looking for me and I haven't been around; I've been doing double shifts at Medical. Just trying to keep myself busy even though I'm not really sure why I feel the need. Just a few quick notes-
Kiba-you wanted to talk about something, right? And I haven't seen you in a while. You should stop by my place and meet KC.
Rain-I finally found that hoodie you wanted. One of the patients at Medical was tired of his. Don't worry-he wasn't sick, so you don't need to worry about it carrying any germs.
Hakuteiken-I've got free time for the next few days.

Quicklog?
Y! But I'm headed to bed so I'll pick it up in the morn if that's okay.
Okie dokie. Quicklog then. Night~
[He gets up, closes the journal and heads for the door. His kitten mews and rubs against his legs, and he rolls his eyes. Damn cat. Fine, you're coming along.]

Rain, come on in. This is KC.
no subject
Holy. Shit. The goes that murderous instinct of his. He knew this girl. He really did. He just needed to pinpoint who exactly she was, and if she was an enemy....]

There are stranger things in Edensphere.
She sets KC down and misses any sign of shock that might appear on Rain's face.]
If you ever want to try socializing your cat, feel free to bring it over for a visit. I'm no pet expert myself, but I think being exposed to other people and animals is probably a good thing.
[She moves over to the couch, where the freshly cleaned and press hoodie sits folded.]

It's... in here. Didn't want to be left alone.
no subject
It's so small! But not scrawny, so you must be doing something right with it so far, especially if it wants to be near you.
Does it have a name?
no subject
It calls me "daddy".
Howling with lulz
[A chuckle, not realizing he really means he can understand it.]
Here's the shirt. I hope it fits.
He speaks cat 8D
[He's a little weirded out by all this. What kind of people cant understand their pet?
He accepts the hoodie, moving Verde onto his shoulder, feeling his little claws poking into his shirt.]
Thanks.

Were you serious? Can you really understand it like-like language?
no subject
[Ugh, noisy thing.]
no subject
...the cat sounds a little indecisive, though.

[He pulls the kitten from his shoulder, and cups him in his hand.] Guess it likes this better.
no subject
[It's honestly sweet, but she can't hide a small chuckle all the same. Sweet and funny.]

Okay, okay, I won't call you that. I suppose one person doing it is enough.
no subject
He's just going to go now. Hey, he's gotten what he wanted, so he has no more business here.]
no subject
[Hello, slightly awkward silence. She doesn't think Rain seems like a bad sort, but he's certainly the strong and silent type.]
Thanks for letting me say hello to your cat. It was nice to meet you, too.
no subject
Yeah. See you.
[He elbows the door open, keeping a good grip on Verde. It was a little cold outside for the kitten.]
no subject
Rain. What an interesting person.]
